Mission
The RMDTC is committed to promote and provide vocational training necessary for future employment. The RMDTC will offer a range of learning, improvement and training opportunities to the Bangsamoro youths for further education and take confident to achieving their personal, economic, and social potentials.

Vision
To be one of the leading vocational institution in the Philippines particularly in Lanao Del Sur who shall focus on the needs of the learners and the community which leads to progression and opportunities in the world of employment.

RMDTC Programs

To offer vocational computer courses, multimedia extensive training programs, comprehensive IT training workshops, online computer short courses and information computer technology;
To offer computer technology services;
To serve as a center for computer short courses in the Province of Lanao del Sur and in the Bangsamoro areas;
To engage in research and development
To Provide community extension services.
